Fitness Running and Jumping!

In this short movie you can see a few different leg, jumping and sprinting exercises. The exercises with the mini-band around the ankles are useful for activation of the muscles before you start to jump and sprint. I always take this mini-band with me when I travel because I can do very simple but useful exercises with it. Furthermore you can watch a few jumps in the movie. These jumps and also the sprints speak for themselves. A less famous but hard exercise is the one in which I have to make sidesteps in between the cones with resistance. Because of the quantity and the few seconds of rest in between, it is one of the hardest exercises:
